From Self to Christ – Part 2
Bible Passage: Philippians 3:1-9
No matter how good we think we are, no matter how many good works and religious duties we perform, our hearts are still stained with sin and depravity. No number of good works can erase that stain. We become righteous before God only by faith in Jesus Christ and the work he did on our behalf.
In part 1 of this message, the apostle Paul warned us to watch out for evildoers who would corrupt the message of the gospel with a requirement for religious works. Salvation is a matter of the heart, not the flesh. In this broadcast, Pastor Paul will continue his message.
